Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSEN) are holding a public consultation exhibition giving information on their proposed 400kv electricity power line between Blackhillock and New Deer. There are two options for the route of this power line, one of which could pass though the Forglen area (other possible route would be further to the south).

The exhibition will be held at the Baden Powell Centre, Baden Powell Road, Turriff on 27th September 2022 between 2pm and 7pm. The SSEN project team will be in attendance to answer any questions/discuss the details of the project and invites the public to share their views with them.
