Aberdeenshire Council are gathering feedback to support the content of a new Customer Service Strategy, to ensure that they are delivering appropriate Customer Service across the whole organisation.

The results gathered from this survey will allow them to clarify response timescales, keep you informed with consistent information and make it easier to access the services you require.
